1 lb. lean ground beef
2-4 T. ketchup
1 med. onion, chopped
1 T. Worchestershire sauce
1 4 oz. can mushrooms
1 c. sour cream
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
salt, pepper to taste
Crumble beef in skillet and brown over medium heat.
Drain excess fat.
Add onion and cook until translucent.
Add mushrooms, soup, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce.
Cook and stir over medium heat, simmering for a few minutes.
Reduce heat to low and stir in sour cream.
heat through but do not let it come to a simmer after sour cream is added.
Serve over cooked noodles.
